These terms cover synz.pl. A consumer is a natural person buying outside their trade or profession. Statutory protections also apply to eligible sole traders where Polish law requires.

2. Using the store

Browsing is free. Ordering requires internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and an email address. No account is required. Unlawful content and interference with the service are prohibited. Technical issues may be reported to the seller.

3. Products and prices

SYNZ balaclavas come in Frost, Ember and Ghost. Prices in PLN include applicable taxes. One item costs PLN 99.99, two cost PLN 169.99, and three cost PLN 219.99. Mix any colours. Larger orders use successive sets of three plus the remaining one or two items. Set savings compare with separate individual purchases. Thermal colour changes depend on fabric and ambient temperature; product details appear on each product page.

4. Ordering and contract

Select products and colours, check your basket and continue to checkout. The final total, delivery charges and payment options are shown before submission. Correct any mistakes before using the clearly labelled button creating an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order, confirmed by email together with the contract terms on a durable medium. Saving a basket does not conclude a contract.

5. Delivery and payment

6. Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify withdrawal and 14 days from notification to return them. Buyers pay direct return postage. Refunds follow applicable law. The Returns page, including the address, conditions and optional form, forms part of these terms. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.

7. Lack of conformity

Statutory rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act apply. See Complaints for remedies and contact instructions. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights.

8. Data and disputes

See our Privacy policy. Consumers can seek assistance from consumer advisers and learn about out-of-court resolution at UOKiK. Participation follows the rules of the relevant procedure; no exclusive seller jurisdiction is imposed on consumers.

9. Applicable terms

The terms available when ordering apply to that order. Changes do not affect earlier contracts. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the applicable law of their habitual residence.
