Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, or the last item delivered separately under one order. Send an unambiguous statement to Seller contact details or the business address.
Return the item
Send the goods to the returns address within 14 days of notifying us. Pack them securely. You pay the direct return postage; free outbound delivery does not include free return shipping.
Receive your refund
We refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the original payment method unless a free alternative is agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever happens first.
Good to know
A full-order refund includes the cheapest standard outbound delivery offered. You may inspect the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond this. Opening the balaclava packaging does not automatically remove the right to withdraw.
Polish-law consumer protection also extends to eligible sole traders making a business-related purchase that is not professional in nature.
Returning part of a set
The refund uses the amount actually paid for the returned items, including their allocated share of the set discount. There is no additional return fee. The allocation must be shown in the order confirmation.
